"Marci is a keeper! I was involved in a car accident June 30th and went i went into the office she greeted me, we exchanged pleasantries, and then we got to business. I told her it was my first accident and that I had a list of potentially "dumb" questions. She put a smile one her face and said "I'd be more than happy to help, and boy did she. After that 45 minute visit, I felt such a sigh of relief with the next upcoming steps and phone calls and other things that were going to be taken care of. If there was ever a "Car Wrecks for Dummies" personified, it would be her. MARCI WAS AWESOME! 5 out of 5 stars, I would recommend to a friend!"

"He’s an unresponsive agent and would only respond if he can get money out of it but doesn’t mind taking money from you with bills even though no one told you your bill was changing"

Our team is in the office M–F from 9–5 to assist customers and is highly praised for their skills and friendliness. As the owner/agent, I’m pulled in many directions daily, so I’m not always able to assist as quickly as my team members. For billing questions or policy changes, it's best to call the agent's office or use the State Farm mobile app to review past & future bills, due dates, last payments made, etc. Once again, I’m sorry we couldn’t assist you better, and I wish you the best."

"Recently my truck was totalled due to a tree falling onto the road right in front of me. The claim was handled quickly and fairly. I used the claim money to purchase another vehicle. I called Mike Davis' office today to provide the vehicles information. Samantha answered the call immediately. She gave me her full unintrupted attention. I was never put on hold. Samantha was very nice and professional. She took my information, reviewed my coverages and rates. Before our conversation had ended I had already received an e-mail with a current I.D. card. In these days and times when we frequently are speaking to AI bots or to a customer service rep on the other side of world that is difficult to understand, today I received real, professional, good old fashion customer service!!!! Thank you Samantha!!! Thank you Mike!!!"
