With nearly 30 years of experience at State Farm and deep family roots in the area spanning over 200 years, I’m proud to serve my community with honest advice and genuine care. A little about me: I’ve called Knoxville home since 1989, when I moved here from Kingston, Tennessee to attend the University of Tennessee. I’m a proud UT graduate and lifelong sports fan—especially of UT football and basketball. Sports have always been a big part of my life and my family’s. My son, a Chemical Engineering grad from Virginia Tech, and my daughter who's studying Exercise Science at Auburn, were on state championship cross country and soccer teams during high school. I sure miss seeing them compete!

I enjoy hiking, e-biking, camping, and kayaking—especially with the Great Smoky Mountains just 45 minutes away. If you love nature, I highly recommend a hike up Mt. LeConte; it’s breathtaking and truly inspiring. The sunset photo you see above this was taken from Mt Leconte on one of my hikes.
